What are your delivery options?
Standard delivery is free on all accessories. Please contact us if you would like a quote for a different service.
Delivery is extra for all furniture. We are happy to obtain a competitive quote for you from trusted couriers. Alternatively, you may organise your own courier or collect in person from Welwyn, Hertfordshire by appointment. Please contact us for further details.
How do I return an item?
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but should an item not be to your satisfaction we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of goods. The buyer must pay for return shipping costs.
Please contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within 28 days of delivery in the same condition as it arrived with original packaging.
Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and take photographs of the damage.
Please note that we are unable to accept cancellations or return of custom or personalised items unless they arrive damaged.
